i will advice to check for the Huawei make of their modem. or check their internet or customer care support for the modems that works well on linux. are u stull with your Xperia. then let keep rolling on Nimbuz or 2go i ll love to be always online to get your message and reply ASAP. for the Usb mode i suggest you check forums for more.

just bought airtel's zte mf190 usb modem for N3990. it doesn't work on my linux like mtn's. any ideas?
ReplyDeleteps: i've been fooling around with usb_modeswitch which doesn't seem to help especially with a 'dummy' instead of a 'usb-storage' driver.
