Right click on the "Match-all.action" file then open it with any editor like notepad then change the "10.199.212.8" to working free servers like "www.mtnfootball.com" save then start your privoxy normally. for etisalat as promised.. go to config file in d privoxy and locate the IP 10.199.212.2:8080 Just remove d IP above, save and exit Goto Match-all file and put www.google.com.ng in the host U can leave the "Forwarded for" empty or input IP of ur choice
