Are you sure you are an etisalat staff. because *200# is just like *123# from mtn for quick self service.....
start by dialing *200# yourself and see what is there....
use *200*2*2*1*2# to option out. Dial it more than one times. If u get system will reply u re-dial and u wil get error the second time thats means u are out. If u get error the first time u dial re-dial until u get system wil reply u. Replace the last 2 with 1 to option in again.
